"Somewhere, something incredible is waiting to be known."
- Dr. Carl Sagan
Thoughts and experiences of an American living and working in Seoul, South Korea.
I read/understand that such social issues are indeed alive and still flourishing....here, there, everywhere.......to some less or more degrees. I did not detect their(so. korean men) thoughts or biases re;, korean men dating and/or mating with, caucasian women ,;; ie , caucasian ESL teachers.....I would be glad if textbooks, tv P.S.A. , churches, organizations, billboards, authorities, etc ,would portray others (non-natives) in positive references, because laws themselves may breed even more contempt for "foreigners"........to read that mandated abortions still occur is sad comment that they are long ways from hetergenous attitudes.....yikes!
